Senior ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 Consultant

Role Overview

UPLYFT360° Vietnam is seeking an experienced Senior ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 Consultant to lead certification projects across manufacturing, services, and industrial client bases. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery—from initial gap analysis through certification audit coordination—and serve as the primary client relationship manager for assigned accounts. This is a senior role requiring strong technical competence, project management skills, and the ability to build trusted advisory relationships with client leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead gap analysis, system design, and documentation development for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 projects.
• Develop Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation including policies, procedures, work instructions and forms.
• Conduct employee training sessions on ISO requirements, quality objectives and environmental aspects.
• Plan and lead internal audit programs to assess readiness for certification audits.
• Facilitate management review meetings and prepare management review inputs and outputs.
• Coordinate with accredited third-party certification bodies for certification audit scheduling.
• Support clients during Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits.
• Manage corrective action plans arising from audit non-conformances.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide post-certification surveillance audit support.
• Contribute to UPLYFT360° knowledge base and best practice development.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.

Requirements

• 1 Minimum 5 years of ISO consulting experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001.
• 2 ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification from a recognized body (IRCA, RABQSA, or equivalent).
• 3 Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects.
• 4 Fluent Vietnamese (native or near-native) and proficient English (written and spoken).
• 5 Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• 6 Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
• 7 Experience working with clients in manufacturing, industrial, or service sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dual certification in both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• Experience with Vietnamese regulatory compliance requirements.
