Junior ISO Consultant (Graduate Program)

Role Overview

UPLYFT360° Vietnam's Graduate Consultant Program offers ambitious recent graduates the opportunity to launch a high-impact career in ISO certification consulting. Over a structured 12-month development program, you will work alongside our senior consultants on real client projects across diverse industries — gaining hands-on experience in quality management, food safety, environmental management, information security, and occupational health and safety standards. This program is designed to fast-track talented graduates into competent, confident ISO consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in gap analysis, documentation development, and system implementation
• Assist in preparation of ISO-compliant policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Conduct research on ISO standards requirements, industry regulations, and best practices
• Participate in client site visits, training sessions, and internal audits
• Help prepare client training materials and workshop presentations
• Maintain project documentation, action trackers, and client communication records
• Participate in UPLYFT360° internal knowledge sharing sessions and professional development activities
• Progress toward ISO Lead Auditor certification under the guidance of senior consultants

Requirements

• 1 Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, food science, environmental science, IT, or related field
• 2 Strong academic record and genuine passion for quality management and international standards
• 3 Excellent written and spoken Vietnamese
• 4 Good English language proficiency (reading and writing essential)
• 5 Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined approach to work
• 6 Willingness to travel to client sites across Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding provinces
• 7 Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic projects or coursework related to quality management, ISO standards, or process improvement
• Internship experience in manufacturing, food, or services industries
• Exposure to ISO standards through university coursework or personal research
